Refund and Return Policy

What is Dopeboo’s Return Policy?

  • We only accept returns on damaged and wrong-shipped items.
  • We do not accept returns on used products.
  • All returns MUST have a valid RMA number.
  • Cancellation of orders after getting processed will lead to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  • Items other than Booglass are not justified or warranted by us. You need to claim for warranties on their brand’s respective site.
  • "Change of Mind" is not an option.


Refunds due to seller’s error:


  • If the return is due to Dopeboo's error (wrong product/piece missing/etc.), we will send you a shipping label, and you simply need to drop the package off at the post office. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges, or offer full or partial refunds for products that have been used.


  • Please inspect all items prior to use, once used they cannot be returned for any reason. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to pack it the same way it arrived to ensure that it does not break on the way back to us. 


  • When you return a wrong-delivered item, we recommend you buy shipping insurance when returning it. If the product gets broken during the return from your side we will not be able to provide you with a refund. We will give you a refund only when we receive the product in intact condition.


  • You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).


Damaged Products: 


What to do if your product is damaged upon arrival: 

We at Dopeboo go through enormous efforts to properly pack and ship all orders to prevent them from breaking. Our packing methods ensure that your glass pieces will arrive at your doorstep safely and in perfect working condition. We believe a good business is one that stands behind its policies and resolves any errors in a timely fashion. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please make sure you take the following steps to ensure getting a replacement is quick and easy: 

Step 1. E-mail us at within 24 hours of product delivery with your order number.

Step 2. Take photos/videos of the damaged product, the package it came in, and the label present on the packaging box, and attach them to your return request email.

Step 3. Once we receive the mail with valid proof then we’ll examine it

Step 4. Receive a brand-new replacement!
