What does "discreet shipping" actually mean?

 Your package will look like any other Amazon order, UPS or USPS mailer - with no indication of the super awesome smoking accessories inside.

How much is shipping?

For orders $149 and more, It's free! DopeBoo offers free shipping on all orders $149 + within the continental United States. We ship via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Orders with Free Shipping are sent via USPS 1st Class, and typically arrive within 4-7 business days. Orders less than $149 in value ship standard for $9.99. International Shipping rates start at $19.95 for International First Class, and $29.95 for International Priority Mail.

What will my package look like?

We ship all orders in plain cardboard boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the awesome smoking accessories inside. Our shipping label will say our name + address on it in the event a package is lost. But we do everything we can to ensure your package is discreet. ūü§ź


What if my order breaks during shipping?

We are expert shippers, and do everything we can to ensure your product arrives at your door in the exact same condition it leaves our fulfillment center. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, we will replace it as fast as humanly possible! Just send us a photo of the broken item and we'll take care of it. Please make sure to include your order number on any emails that you send to us.


Where do you ship from?

Depending on the product and destination address, we ship out of our main fulfillment center in Chicago, IL, or PA, NJ, TX, or CA.


How can I track my order?

Log into your account at Under "Order History" find your most recent order, and click on the tracking number.



What is your return policy?

If you're unhappy for any reason, just let us know! You can return it for a full product refund or an exchange less a restocking fee. We offer a 3-day guarantee on every bong, vaporizer, and glass pipe we sell, but you can't have used it and it must be returned in the original, unopened packaging as you received it. If your product has been used or packaging damaged, it cannot be returned and no credit can be given.


How do I change or cancel an item in my order?

Give us a call toll free at 1 (833) 399-0633 or chat or email us at support as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed, it cannot be modified.


How do I return my order?

Take a photo of your unused item + the packaging it came in and email it to support You MUST receive an RMA number prior to returning any products. That allows us to provide the correct SHIP TO address for your package and allows us to make sure that the location is alerted to the item coming back.

Then carefully re-package the item and drop it in the mail - we'll issue a product refund as soon as the item is received by our fulfillment center. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns.


I broke my pipe ūüė≠ what can I do?

Don't feel bad, it happens to the best of us! DopeBoo is here to help. Send us a photo of your broken piece, and we'll set you up with a coupon code for a dope discount on a brand spanking new replacement.



What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards. DopeBoo does not accept PayPal at this time.


Do you price match?

We do! We leverage our economy of scale to offer the lowest prices on glass in the industry, and we want very much to know if we're being underpriced. If you find one of our water pipes, hand pipes or accessories for cheaper somewhere else, let us know and we'll beat their price! (Product must not be on sale or available for a lower price with discounts or coupons)


How can I use my coupon?

On the checkout page, enter your coupon code into the "Discount Code" box and click "Apply."


Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we're not able to take a phone order. We find it works best if clients place their own orders plus we want to insure the security of your credit card and payment information.


How can I cancel my order?

Simply email us at support as soon as possible and include your Order Number in the email. Orders can only be canceled prior to packaging and shipment. We MUST receive a cancellation in writing to process the cancellation.


Where can I find a copy of my purchase receipt?

Login to Your Account, and select the Order # to view your invoice.
